With Valentine’s Day falling on a Sunday of a long weekend this year, there’s no doubt that romance will be in the air at Matisse, rated one of best “restaurants for romance” in New Jersey by Andrea Clurfield and the Asbury Park Press. With it’s breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, Matisse has just the recipe to make your Valentines and President’s Day weekend. To cap off a wonderful Valentine’s Day experience, Matisse will be offering a special delicious dinner menu for the special night, in addition to our regular menu. If you already have evening plans, Matisse will be open for brunch on Valentines Day also; reservations strongly recommended.
Special menu items will include: Pan Roasted Tenderloin with Canadian Lobster, Creamy Herb Mashed Potatoes with French Beans., Canadian Lobster Pot Pie with Caramelized Shallots, Fennel and Cognac. an Appetizer Trio of Atlantic Seafood to include Oysters on the Half with Tomato-Radish Gulf Shrimp with Lemon Vinaigrette , Chilled Crab Cake with Lobster Jus and Lobster Bisque with Tarragon Creme Fraiche.
